The Intelligence Panel Interim Panel Report (IPR) is the second of six interim reports from the overall work that the Special Competitive Studies Project (SCSP) conducted over the past year and that was summarized in our Mid-Decade Challenges to National Competitiveness report published on September 12, 2022.
