The Enterprise Knowledge Layer

When enterprise AI fails, it’s not because of the model. Frontier LLMs arrive every few months, cheaper, better, and in everyone’s hands.

Enterprise AI doesn’t fail because of the scaffolding either. The harness has matured: tools, orchestration, evaluation, guardrails. Teams know how to build agents now.

And yet, with the same models and the same harness, different companies get wildly different results. The difference is somewhere else: the AI that fails is the AI that doesn’t understand the business it’s acting in. We’ve spent years helping organisations deploy agents, and we’ve learned that the only way to solve that problem is a shared, governed substrate where enterprise knowledge lives. We call that substrate the Enterprise Knowledge Layer (EKL).  — Read More

OpenAI says Hugging Face breach caused by its models

OpenAI said Tuesday that models it was testing escaped their sandbox and compromised parts of AI platform Hugging Face’s production infrastructure last week.

It is the latest sign that capable AI models can pose serious cybersecurity risks even when they’re being tested for defensive or research purposes. — Read More

Inside Roblox’s Bet on World Models

Roblox is built for scale. In August 2025, the platform reached a peak of 45 million concurrent users. Few game engines can support that kind of demand.

But Roblox itself isn’t the one making most of those games. It gives creators the tools to build them, then focuses on the infrastructure beneath them. Now, Roblox is exploring how a video world model can work alongside its game engine to make those experiences photorealistic without compromising scale or multiplayer performance.

This hybrid approach offers valuable lessons for engineers building real-time systems at scale. To explore those lessons, we sat down with Anupam Singh, senior vice president of engineering at Roblox, to hear from him about the world model that Roblox is using to make its multiplayer games look photorealistic, the key insights that have come from taking that approach, and the next big thing that the Roblox team is focusing on. We thank Anupam for sharing with us. — Read More
